To begin, I offer a free consultation either in person, over the phone, or via zoom. This gives us time to talk so we can see if we are a good fit for each other.

My services include:

• one Body Ready Method assessment and the tools to help prepare your body for birth

• two prenatal consultations - approximately 2 hours each

• on call support starting at 38 weeks

• continuous labor and birth support including 1 to 2 hours of immediate postpartum care

• one postpartum consultation - approximately 1 hour

Although I am not a professional photographer, if you would like for me to photograph the precious moments following your baby’s birth, I’d be more than happy to do so!
